Kids workshop

Location: Minro Studio

Dates: 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4

Time: 9-10:30am

We're inviting kids to join us for a 4-day workshop where they'll make their own pieces with a small group of young creators. We stick to certain themes throughout the week

Over the course of the four days, kids will dive into the world of hand building, learning the ins and outs of coil, pinch pot, and slab techniques. The workshop is all about learning new skills and building confidence.

Each artist will get to put their personal touch on their creations, painting / drawing on them before we add a glossy clear glaze.

We may explore other art mediums and combine them with our clay!

All classes include clay, underglaze/paint, glaze and firing.

We will need at least three kids to participate or the camp will be cancelled.

The pieces will be ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks after the last class.

Ceramics are created using earth, fire, air and water and sometimes these four elements have their own mind. Our classes are all about the experience, however, if for any reason, some breakage happens, we cannot provide a refund, but will give a discount for a new class.
