Wheel throwing workshop for teens

Calling all creative teens! Ready to dive into the world of pottery on the potter’s wheel? Our throwing workshop is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and make creative art on the potter’s wheel.

Over three classes, you'll learn the basics of wheel throwing, from centering and pulling walls to shaping and trimming. This camp is all about unleashing your creativity, picking up new skills, and having fun trying something new!

Get ready to make your own unique pieces. You’ll have the chance to paint 3-4 of your pieces before we fire and glaze them in a clear glaze or you can choose one of our in-house glazes.

We will need at least three teens to participate or the camp will be cancelled.

All classes include clay, underglaze/paint, glaze and firing.

The pieces will be ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks after the last class.

Ceramics are created using earth, fire, air and water and sometimes these four elements have their own mind. Our classes are all about the experience, however, if for any reason, some breakage happens, we cannot provide a refund, but will give a discount for a new class.
